Meet people, develop relationships, and grow as a follower of Christ by serving the local church! To start serving, contact the ministry head indicated below each serve area, stop by the Information Station on the weekend or contact the Sonrise Office at 503-640-2449, Mon-Thu from 9:30am-4pm.
Weekend Hospitality Team
Help people connect to God and the church by creating a welcoming environment from the ‘street to the seat’. The greeting team, Information Station helpers, and Common Grounds Café Coffee Crew are all essential to sharing the light of Christ and creating a warm, welcoming environment for each guest. Stop by the Information station on the weekend or contact the church office at office@isonrise.com.
Worship Team
Do you play an instrument or have a great voice and need a place to plug-in? Join the Worship Team! Contact worship@isonrise.com for opportunities.
Family Ministry
Love kids? Want to make a difference in the lives of our youth? Make a huge impact by serving 1-2 times a month! Find out more about Sonrise Youth and Sonrise Kids.

Front Office Reception Volunteer: answer the phone and greet guests in the Sonrise Office, contact office@isonrise.com.
Light My Way Dinner Team: Show God’s love by filling the stomachs as well as the hearts of those who have been involved in the justice system in a safe, respectful way. Serve Sunday afternoons once a month or once every other month. Contact Betty Martinez at LMWcommittee@isonrise.com. (ages 18+ only)
Landscape Ministry: help keep up the grounds at Sonrise, contact Brent MacLeod at brentm@isonrise.com.
