Question of the week: Is the Bible reliable and can I trust it?

How many times have you encountered a question about God or Christianity and didn't feel like you had an appropriate answer? 1 Peter 3:15 tells us that "if someone asks about your Christian hope, always be ready to explain it." Do you know how to explain it and give the reason for your belief?
Stop by Sonrise Seminary this week and explore the answers that people have about God, religion, and Christianity. You have the potential to guide someone through their barriers that keep them from believing in Jesus Christ.

Wounded Heart
Tuesdays • begins 2/28 • 6:30-8:30pm • Sonrise Hillsboro. For adult victims of childhood sexual abuse. Join other women (ages 20+) in a small, safe support group where we take a healing journey together. Contact Gail Powers at gailpowers51@hotmail.com.
Group testimony: Wounded Heart was an answer to prayer for me. I could feel anger towards God slowly sprouting up but didn't know what to do with it. I have learned about the damage deep down in my heart, and the use of self-protection to cover pain and denial. Because of God's great love for me, I can now open the door to a future of hope, healing and freedom to love boldly in Christ. -J.R.
