We are looking for someone who can help pick up milk at Medosweet Dairy on Wednesday mornings.

Medosweet Farms has generously offered a weekly donation of milk/milk products nearing their expiration date to Sonrise Church. We will be able to offer items to those visiting our Food Pantry. We need someone who is willing to pick-up these donations each Wednesday in North Portland off Columbia. The Sonrise van is available and driver must be able to carry 40lbs comfortably. Spanish Translators Needed (Food Pantry)

Driver Needed (Sonrise Beaverton)

Sonrise Beaverton needs a volunteer(s) who will drive the church van to pull our trailer from Sonrise Hillsboro at 7:30am on Sunday mornings and bring it back to Hillsboro after church. We are looking for someone who can help out 1-2 weekends a month. Contact Pastor Matt at mattp@isonrise.com.

Volunteers Needed!

Sonrise Food Pantry serves groceries to over 80 families per week. We need volunteers on Tuesdays and Thursdays to help stock shelves, sort food, and serve clients.

New Volunteers can just show up to serve. You will need closed-toed shoes and work clothes. All new Thursday Volunteers must attend Orientation Class at 10am. Please consider serving part or all of our workdays.

Tuesdays: 9am-12 noon

Thursdays: 9am – 3pm

Clothing Closet Donations

Doing some “Spring cleaning”? Donations of gently used clothing and shoes are now being accepted for Sonrise’s Clothing Closet. Items can be donated during Sonrise Office hours Mon-Thu 9:30am-4pm. Help us continue to provide this much needed service to our community.

Childcare needed for single moms group (ages 16+)

Childcare needed for Single Moms Group.

This group meets weekly on Tuesday nights from 6:30-8:30pm at Sonrise Hillsboro. The group is in need of two people per week to watch approximately 3-8 children (all ages). They desire a once per month commitment-which would mean a total of 4-6 volunteer pairs per month.

Requirements: Volunteers must be at least 16 years of age or older and able to commit to serving once per month.
Volunteers: 2 people per week/4-6 volunteer pairs per month.
When: Tuesday nights from 6:30-8:30 pm
Where: Sonrise-Hillsboro Campus
